These terms govern your use of MoreDealsX. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. What MoreDealsX is

MoreDealsX is a discovery marketplace that helps people in Dalarna, Sweden find local products, offers and businesses. Purchases and bookings happen on each business's own store, under that business's terms, prices, taxes and delivery. MoreDealsX is not a party to those transactions and does not process their payments.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email — there is no password. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Consumers

You may browse, save favourites, and follow links to businesses' stores. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that business, not with us.

4. Businesses & listings

• You may list a business you own or are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish (name, offers, prices, images).
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your listing and offers on MoreDealsX and in related promotion.
• We may moderate, suspend or remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful or abusive.

5. Featured placement

Businesses may pay for "Featured" placement — a boosted position in the feed and a Featured badge — for a recurring monthly fee shown in the business dashboard. Featured placement affects ordering and labelling only; it is a clearly-marked paid promotion, not an endorsement. Fees are as stated at purchase and are non-refundable for the current period once active. You can stop future renewals at any time.

6. Affiliate program

If you join, you earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your referral link. Commission accrues as recorded by our system, is subject to the stated rate, and is paid on request once available. Self-referrals, fraud, or manipulated clicks void the related commission. We may adjust rates or end the program with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content; no scraping or interference with the platform; no attempts to breach security or access data that isn't yours.

8. Intellectual property

The MoreDealsX name, logo and platform are owned by MoreTech Global. Content you submit remains yours, and business content belongs to the respective businesses. See our Legal page.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the products, offers, stores, or conduct of third-party businesses. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you have paid us (if anything). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. As a consumer, you may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
